Delivery Information

At Everlay – South Africa’s Crown of High-End Fashion, we are committed to delivering luxury with care, precision, and style. Please review our delivery policy before placing your order.


1. Delivery Regions

We currently deliver to the following areas:

  • South Africa: All provinces, including Cape Town, Johannesburg, Durban, Pretoria, and more.

  • International Shipping: Selected countries only. International customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes.

Please note: Certain rural or remote areas may require additional time or incur extra charges.


2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing may take longer during high-volume periods, product launches, or promotions.

Custom or made-to-order pieces may take additional time. Details will be listed on the product page.


3. Estimated Delivery Times

Cape Town & Johannesburg 1–3 business days
Other Major Cities (SA) 2–5 business days
Remote/Rural Areas 5–7 business days
International Shipping 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier availability, weather conditions, strikes, or customs processing.


4. Shipping Partners

We partner with trusted national and international couriers, including:

  • The Courier Guy

  • Aramex

  • DHL Express (for international orders)

All parcels include tracking and may require a signature upon delivery.


5. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location, weight, and package size. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders.


6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details. If you don’t receive tracking info within 3 business days, please check your spam folder or contact us.


7. Risk & Liability

Everlay is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the courier or customs

  • Lost, stolen, or damaged parcels after dispatch

  • Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon shipment. Please ensure all shipping details are accurate before checkout.


8. Failed Deliveries & Re-delivery

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, absence, or refusal to accept the parcel, it will be returned to us. A re-delivery fee will apply, and orders will not be refunded.


9. International Customers

For international orders:

  • All customs duties, import taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • Everlay is not liable for delays due to customs inspections.
