A: Everlay is proudly rooted in Cape Town and Johannesburg, South Africa – blending coastal luxury with urban edge.
Q: Is Everlay a real luxury brand?
A: Yes. Everlay is a proudly South African high-end fashion label, focused on premium materials, craftsmanship, and exclusive street-luxury designs.
Q: Do you have physical stores?
A: Currently, Everlay is an online-exclusive luxury experience. Pop-up and showroom locations may be announced via our social media and newsletter.
🛍 ORDERS
Q: How do I place an order?
A: Simply browse our online store, select your item and size, add to cart, and proceed to secure checkout. You’ll receive an order confirmation via email once your payment is processed.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order after purchase?
A: All orders are final once placed. If you made a mistake, contact us within 1 hour of ordering. Order adjustments are not guaranteed.
Q: My size is sold out. Will you restock?
A: Most Everlay pieces are limited edition. Restocks are rare. Subscribe to our newsletter or follow us on Instagram for new drops and exclusive access.
🚚 SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Q: How long will delivery take?

Q: How can I track my order?
A: You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order is dispatched. Please allow 24–48 hours for it to update.
Q: What if my parcel is delayed or missing?
A: Everlay is not liable for courier delays or lost parcels once dispatched. Contact your courier with your tracking number. If further help is needed, contact our support team.

Q: Do you accept returns or refunds?
A: All sales are final. Returns and refunds are not accepted unless the product has a proven manufacturing defect reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Q: Can I exchange my item for a different size?
A: Due to limited edition runs, size exchanges are not guaranteed. We encourage reviewing the size guide before ordering.
Q: My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
A: Please email support@everlay.co.za within 48 hours, including clear photos of the issue and your order number. We’ll review your claim and advise next steps.
