Yes — international customers can pay securely via YOCO and Ikhoka using major credit and debit cards.
Order & Returns
Once your order has been placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. As soon as it ships, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow your package in real-time.
Yes, but only if your order has not yet been dispatched. Contact our customer support team within 2 hours of purchase to request a change.
If your tracking number shows no movement within 5 business days (South Africa) or 14 business days (international), contact our support team and we’ll assist you immediately.
We accept returns of unworn, unused, and unwashed items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Tags must still be attached. and you must submit reasons for return via Support@everlay.co.za if you’re approved then we can process your returns. and you can get money back. you can only get an item within the same price range
Simply email support@everlay.co.za with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the next steps.
Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days. You’ll receive confirmation by email once it’s complete.
